1. Who we are
BG DigiSetu Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Tigen", "we", "us") operates the Tigen mobile application and website tigen.in. Registered address: [Your registered address, India].

2. Data we collect
- Account data: Phone number (OTP-verified), name, email (optional)
- Location: Precise GPS (for shop discovery and delivery); stored only during active session
- Order data: Items, amounts, delivery address, payment method (tokenised via Razorpay)
- Health data: Doctor appointment type, uploaded prescriptions — collected only with explicit consent
- Device data: Device model, OS version, FCM token for push notifications
- Usage data: App interactions, crash logs (Sentry — anonymised)
3. How we use your data
- Provide and improve the Tigen service (order processing, shop discovery, doctor booking)
- Send order status notifications and service alerts
- Process payments via Razorpay (card data never stored by us)
- Investigate complaints and disputes
- Comply with applicable Indian law (DPDP Act 2023, Income Tax Act)
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for ad targeting.
4. Data sharing
We share data with the following processors under contractual agreements:
- Supabase — database hosting (Mumbai region, ap-south-1)
- Razorpay — payment processing
- Firebase (Google) — push notifications
- Cloudflare R2 — file storage (KYC documents, product images)
- Sentry — anonymised crash reporting
Shop owners receive your name and delivery address for order fulfilment only.
5. Data retention
- Active account data: retained while account is active
- Order records: 7 years (GST compliance)
- KYC documents: 5 years post-KYC approval
- Location data: not persisted beyond active session
- Deleted accounts: data removed within 30 days, except legally mandated records
6. Your rights (DPDP Act 2023)
- Access: Request a copy of your data — Profile → Privacy → Download my data
- Correction: Update name, phone, address in-app at any time
- Erasure: Request account deletion — Profile → Delete Account (processed within 30 days)
- Grievance: Raise disputes at grievance@tigen.in — responded within 72 hours
- Consent withdrawal: Withdraw location or notification consent in device settings at any time
7. Security
All data is transmitted over TLS 1.3. Aadhaar numbers are hashed (SHA-256) before storage — raw numbers are never retained. Payment credentials are processed exclusively by Razorpay PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure. We use OTP-only authentication — no passwords stored.
8. Children
Tigen is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact privacy@tigen.in.
9. Changes
Material changes will be notified in-app with 14 days notice. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
